At Rocks, we partner with premium local courier networks to ensure your cat litter bags arrive in pristine, dry condition. Below is our delivery fee structure and timeline guidelines.
Delivery Charges
- • Inside Dhaka City: 60 BDT
- • Outside Dhaka (All Districts): 120 BDT
- • Express Delivery Surcharge: +50 BDT
- • Rocks Subscribers: FREE Delivery (Dhaka)
Expected Timelines
- • Inside Dhaka Standard: 24 - 48 Hours
- • Dhaka Express: Same Day (Order before 12 PM)
- • Chittagong / Sylhet Standard: 2 - 3 Days
- • Other Remote Districts: 3 - 5 Days
Packaging & Safe Transit
Because bentonite clay is highly sensitive to external moisture, we vacuum-pack and double-bag all shipments in durable LDPE envelopes. If you receive a bag that has split during transit, please contact our support hotline immediately for a free replacement.
