Return Conditions

• Unopened bags: 7 days returns.
• Opened bags: Refundable if product dust level exceeds specifications.
• Proof of purchase: Invoice copy required.
• Returns processed inside Dhaka within 3 days.

Broken Bags Transit Claim

If your clay package was punctured or damaged by the courier partner, snap a picture and email it to support@rocks.com.bd within 24 hours. We will dispatch a new bag free of cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please reach out to our customer service desk at +880 1900 76257 or visit our office in Tejgaon. For returns outside Dhaka, ship the item back using Shundarban Courier or Pathao. Return postage will be fully refunded for defective products.
